Mr. Dave Dehne,
President and Chief Executive Officer


Biography
Mr. Dehne brings experienced entrepreneurial, management and sales experience to Synchrono. He has a proven track record as an energetic and passionate executive creating and leading world-class teams while building and managing successful software products. Mr. Dehne has demonstrated ability in vision creation and execution, strategic planning, change management, team building, budget management and optimization, finance and organizational development.

Most recently, Mr. Dehne held the title of Senior VP Operations at Sagebrush Corporation, an educational software and data services company for the K-12 education market. Prior to Sagebrush, Mr. Dehne held a series of management and executive roles including Managing Director at Tripletree LLP, Director of Sales at Ciber, Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse LLP, and Program Manager of Kroll Ontrack.

Mr. Dehne received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota, and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.

Mr. John Maher, CPIM, Jonah
Vice President of Product Strategy


Biography
Mr. Maher, Vice President of Product Strategy, Synchrono, Inc., is responsible for providing strategic direction of Synchrono's product roadmap and oversees the business and quality analyst functions within the organization.

Mr. Maher has more than ten years experience working in manufacturing and more than five years with Synchrono. He is a subject matter expert in ERP, MRP, supply chain, manufacturing planning and scheduling systems, and constraints management. Mr. Maher is certified as a Jonah in Theory of Constraints by the Goldratt Institute and is CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) through APICS.

Prior to joining Synchrono, he was production and inventory control manager for Johnstech International, Minneapolis. Before that Mr. Maher was production and inventory control manager for Freedom Plastics Incorporated, Janesville, Wis., where he successfully implemented manufacturing and inventory control modules of a new ERP system.

Maher earned a BBA in production/operations management from University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. He is currently working on a MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business. He has earned APICS CPIM certification in production and inventory management and Jonah certification in Theory of Constraints from the Goldratt Institute.

Ms. Robyn Walker, CPIM, CIRM
Vice President of Client Services


Biography
Ms. Robyn Walker, Vice President of Client Services, Synchrono, Inc., provides supply chain and manufacturing process consulting services to Synchrono customers to determine solutions and processes required to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ms. Walker has more than 15 years experience working in manufacturing and has evaluated more than 500 manufacturers and their related supply chain systems. She also spent three years working as a CPA. She is a subject matter expert in supply chain performance measurements, finance/accounting, lean manufacturing, Theory of Constraints (TOC), manufacturing processes/flow, and supply chain optimization. She has spoken at numerous national events on these subjects.

Prior to joining Synchrono, Ms. Walker was President and founder, Eagle River Corporation, St. Paul, Minn., a consulting company that specializes in manufacturing process and supply chain management. Before that, she was COO of PC Tailors, Arden Hills, Minn., a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of personal computers. There she was responsible for all operations of the company including production, procurement, distribution, accounting and retail operations. Prior to PC Tailors, Ms. Walker was senior MIS consultant for Larson, Allen, and Weishair (LAWCO), Minneapolis, where she consulted in processes improvements, change management, system selections, contract negotiations, operational assessments, system implementation management, and various other system/operational projects.

Ms. Walker earned a B.S. from Purdue University, Krannert Business School. She is a certified public accountant (CPA), and has earned APICS certifications (CPIM, CIRM). She currently serves as membership chair on the Board of Directors for the Southern Minnesota APICS chapter. She is a member of AME.
